Policies

• All advertising placements and listings must be prepaid by the noted deadline. No expections without a pre-approved written contract before the scheduled deadline.
• We suggest for individuals, agents or companies that work with national companies that require a lengthy invoice payment process, that the agents of such companies pay for their placements directly. We will provide a paid invoice and the agents of such companies can then get refunded for their payment.
• Special Placements are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please call us for consideration for these placements.
• Non-profit Groups receive 10% Discount on all display placements. Proof of non-profit status required.
• Kentuckiana Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Members receive a 10% discount.
• Advertisers receive only one discount offer. The higher discount will be given.
• There is a $35 additional charge to design display ADs.
• A $15 layout change may apply to artwork that is submitted in a file format that needs to be converted to an accepted format. For example; Publisher or Word files need to be convert to PDF or JPEG files.
• $50 fee on any returned checks.
• Advertising Rates are for an annual period.
• All Display ADs include a directory listing. All In-Column Display ADs and Basic Listings count as a directory listing.
• Renewal or Invoice Payments received after the current deadline will be returned to sender, and your placement will not be be included.
